Patricia Agostine

Every successful journey begins with a dream. For Patricia Agostine, that dream was simple yet powerful—to build her own English institute and make quality English education accessible to people from all walks of life. Patricia inaugurated Patc English Classes in 2025 after years of experience in the education sector.

Before taking the entrepreneurial leap, Patricia worked with reputed institutions such as Navy Children School, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Unacademy, Queen's English, Bambinos, etc. These experiences helped her understand the needs of learners from different backgrounds and develop teaching methods that are effective, practical, and easy to follow. Like many entrepreneurs, she began with limited resources and a small group of students. The institute initially started with just a single batch. Over time, the institute witnessed remarkable growth.

Today, Patc English Classes successfully conducts 42 batches, serving students from various parts of India as well as learners from different countries across the globe.

One of Patricia's biggest strengths has been her ability to create educational content from scratch. By carefully understanding the challenges learners face, she developed content that encourages active participation and builds confidence step by step.

As the institute expanded, Patricia introduced a wide range of courses to meet the diverse needs of learners. These include Basic English, Advanced English, Public Speaking, Creative Writing, and Grammar. Keeping pace with changing educational demands, Patc English Classes has recently introduced new programs in Phonics, Business English, and IELTS preparation. These additions have further broadened the institute's reach, enabling it to cater to young children, working professionals, entrepreneurs, job seekers, and individuals aspiring to study or work abroad.

While Patricia's impact on students is significant, her contribution to the teaching community is equally noteworthy. Over the years, she has built strong relationships with educators not only in India but also in neighboring countries such as Sri Lanka and Nepal. Her creative educational content has received appreciation from trainers and educators who regularly use and recommend her materials.

Patricia strongly believes that education becomes more impactful when knowledge is shared. This belief inspired her to work closely with fellow educators and trainers. Today, she leads a team of more than 140 trainers, many of whom have received direct training and mentorship from her. Through workshops, guidance sessions, and structured training programs, she has helped educators improve their teaching techniques, classroom engagement skills, content delivery methods, and become financially independent by starting their own classes. By doing so, she has empowered numerous individuals to become self-reliant and pursue entrepreneurship in education. For many trainers, what once seemed like a distant dream has become a reality because of her encouragement and support.

One of the most exciting chapters in Patricia's journey is Project Prarambh, an ambitious initiative aimed at enhancing vocabulary skills among learners. Initially scheduled for launch in June, the project is now expected to go live in September as preparations continue to ensure a strong and meaningful rollout. Project Prarambh is more than just another educational program. It reflects Patricia's commitment to reaching communities that often have limited access to quality learning resources. Her vision is to extend the benefits of language education beyond cities and urban centers and into rural areas and villages. She believes that every individual, regardless of location or background, deserves an opportunity to learn and grow. The project has already attracted educators from different states who have joined hands with her to make this vision a reality.

Patricia is also working on the institute's official website, which is currently under development and expected to be launched soon.

As we congratulate Patricia for designing innovative educational content, empowering trainers to become self-reliant, and helping countless learners build confidence through English education, we also extend our heartfelt wishes for the success of Project Prarambh. May her efforts continue to transform lives, inspire educators, and create opportunities for learners across India and beyond.
