On this Women’s Day, let us know the journey of Diwyanshi Shukla, an inspiring figure for many who wish to listen to their hearts but often choose social standards instead.

In a world where confidence is often mistaken as a privilege of metros and elite institutions, Diwyanshi Shukla stands as a living negation. Hailing from the semi-urban city of Bhilwara, Rajasthan, her journey proves that transformation is not about where you begin, but about how deeply you commit to growth.
Born into a humble family, her father a railway employee and her mother a dedicated home-manager, Diwyanshi’s early life was simple and disciplined. Academically, she considered herself an average learner. Socially, she was quiet, reserved, and deeply fearful of public speaking. Despite being athletic and active, communication remained her biggest hurdle. At one point, she realised she could not even articulate her emotions clearly in her own mother tongue. What she lacked was not intelligence or intent, but exposure, confidence, and the courage to express.
“Transformation is rarely proactive; it is born out of deep realisation,” Diwyanshi reflects. This realisation led her to join a language school - not to become a teacher, but simply to express herself without hesitation. That decision quietly altered the route of her life.
As she worked on her spoken English and communication skills, she discovered an innate strength long suppressed by her surroundings. For her, language was no longer about grammar alone; it became a tool for clarity of thought, emotional honesty, and self-respect. She believes Language should empower, not intimidate; connect, not classify. Even today, her classes naturally go beyond language, touching life-related themes that help learners grow as individuals.
Her dedication was relentless. She practised, taught, observed, failed, and refined herself continuously. At just 18, she began teaching in a reputed local school. Teaching soon became more than instruction, it became impact.
In 2018, she was invited as a speaker by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India on Women’s Day. Soon, her voice crossed district and state boundaries. The turning point came when Josh Talks invited her to share her journey. Her talk resonated with millions, crossing 10 million views. Later, she taught personality development on Josh Skills, reaching learners through an app with over a million downloads.
Diwyanshi went on to co-author the book Will-Development, became a TEDx speaker, and continued writing blogs and articles on communication and self-growth. Academically, she strengthened her foundation with a Master’s degree in English Literature, Cambridge TKT certification, and earned a Golden Badge from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore for scoring 98% in Effective Communication.
Today, Diwyanshi is an international Spoken English and Communication Coach affiliated to TILS Education, teaching students across more than 15 countries. She has also worked as a communication coach with several multinational companies, receiving highly satisfactory reviews, and has actively collaborated with NGOs. She also actively shares her insights on communication and life-related understanding at professional and academic institutions such as Institute of Cost Accountants of India, private universities, and government engineering colleges, engaging students with practical, real-life perspectives. Recently, she served as an anchor and moderator at the International Conference on Human Values in Higher Education 2025.
Her work has been recognised by Rajasthan Patrika in its prestigious 40 Under 40 Power List and by Dainik Bhaskar as the Pride of the District. Yet, she remains grounded, crediting her family, friends, and mentors for their constant support.
From a hesitant introvert to a confident global educator, Diwyanshi Shukla’s life is a testament to what consistent effort, clarity of purpose, and right guidance can achieve. She does not merely teach communication; she teaches expression, courage, and conscious living. Her story reminds us that even mustard can grow on the palm, if belief, discipline, and action come together.
