ACS Energy Powers, formerly known as Ayka Control Systems Pvt. Ltd., is driving India’s electric revolution by introducing smart, UPI-enabled EV charging stations designed for residential and commercial buildings. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Mumbai, the company aims to make electric vehicle charging as easy as refuelling — users can simply scan a QR code using any UPI app to start charging, eliminating the need for multiple apps or wallets.

Recently, ACS Energy raised ₹1.1 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures, which will help the company deploy over 5,000 charging stations across Maharashtra and Gujarat.
The startup also plans to expand its AI-based load management system, optimising energy consumption in large buildings and townships. With compatibility across two-, three-, and four-wheelers, ACS is targeting both urban homes and workplaces.
CEO Jash Sheth shared the company’s vision, stating that “EV charging should be as seamless as paying at a petrol pump.” With goals to install 800 charging stations by 2025,
ACS Energy is emerging as a crucial enabler in India’s journey toward a sustainable and fully electric future.
